Easy Bone Age Atlas

Bone Age Atlas by Age: Hand X-Ray Reference Library

This library collects hand and wrist x-ray reference images for bone age assessment at every age point from 8 months to 18 years, for both boys and girls. Each article shows the typical radiograph for that age together with the key maturity findings, so you can compare a patient’s film in seconds.

The images follow the familiar atlas matching approach used in everyday practice: pick the reference that best matches your radiograph, check the neighbouring ages, and read off the estimated bone age.
